BTS · Fully Automated Passive Income

Beat The System

Fully automated. Passive income. No input required. BTS is Aethera's AI trading system: 22 AI models analyse the markets, manage every trade and apply built-in risk controls — all on their own. It also checks for potentially market-moving news and impact events to help assess changing conditions. No signals to follow, no charts to watch, no buttons to press. Set it up once and let the AI do the work.

22 AI ModelsA coordinated ensemble of 22 AI/ML models analyses market conditions, validates trade setups and weighs signals before an entry is considered.
Risk ControlRisk-based position sizing and stop-loss protection help manage exposure. As the market moves in your favour, the trailing stop-loss can follow price and the take-profit target can move forward to pursue further gains.
Fully AutomatedMonitors markets, evaluates signals, places eligible orders and manages open positions automatically.
Adaptive AILearns from every trade and uses ongoing performance feedback alongside changing market conditions to refine future decisions.
Set it up once. Let the AI do the rest.Once BTS is running it analyses, trades and applies risk controls by itself — fully automated passive income with no input required. Risk controls help manage exposure, but trading always carries risk and returns are never guaranteed.

Care Plans · Monthly Cover

Repairs sorted. Every month.

Join a monthly care plan and skip the panic. When something breaks — a burst pipe, a dead gate motor, a failed avionics unit — one WhatsApp message gets a technician moving. Your plan covers the response and the call-out; any parts or extra labour are quoted first.

How a care plan works

A care plan is a monthly service plan — it is not insurance or a warranty. It covers our time to respond, diagnose and check on your equipment, as listed on each plan. Anything that needs parts or extra work is quoted separately.

Your monthly fee covers

  • Priority response ahead of non-members
  • Call-outs and fault-finding as listed on your plan
  • Remote support and scheduled check-ups
  • Member rates on any extra labour

Always quoted separately

  • Parts, materials & replacement units
  • Repair labour beyond what the plan includes
  • Extra call-outs, after-hours & weekend work
  • Travel outside your plan's service area
No surprises: we explain the problem in plain language and send you a quote on WhatsApp. Nothing extra is done until you say yes.

Care plans are monthly service plans, billed monthly in advance — not insurance or a warranty. Budget Care includes 1 call-out per membership year; Household, Industrial and Aviation Care include up to 3 — each within the plan’s stated travel radius — plus the inspections and support listed on the plan. Included benefits are for the plan holder's own property or equipment and do not roll over if unused. Annual plans are paid upfront and offer 12 months of cover for the price of 11 monthly payments. Parts, materials, replacement units (such as geysers, motors or avionics), repair labour beyond what the plan includes, extra call-outs, after-hours work and travel outside the service area are quoted separately and only carried out once you approve. Response times are targets that depend on availability and location. Plan terms and payment details are confirmed when your plan is activated. Regulated aviation sign-offs and certificates of release to service are completed by suitably licensed personnel or SACAA-approved maintenance organisations and charged separately. Prices are in South African rand and are guide prices that may be reviewed; the price confirmed when your plan is activated applies.

How legal cover works

Legal cover is a monthly plan that gives you access to legal advice and helps with the cost of legal help for eligible disputes. It is not a replacement for an attorney, and it does not pay fines or damages.

1
Choose your planTap a plan on the poster or in the list.
2
Confirm in writingAn agent confirms benefits, limits, waiting periods and the price.
3
Cover startsOnce the provider accepts you and your first payment is made.
4
Report a matter firstContact the provider’s legal helpline before you appoint an attorney or sign anything.

Usually covered

  • Telephonic legal advice
  • Letters of demand and simple legal documents, as listed in your plan
  • Costs of eligible civil disputes, up to the plan limit
  • Consumer, employment, credit and rental questions, depending on the plan

Usually not covered

  • Matters that began, or that you knew about, before cover started or during the waiting period
  • Fines, penalties, damages or costs awarded against you
  • Intentional, fraudulent or criminal conduct
  • Disputes with the provider or its agents, and attorneys the provider has not approved
  • Divorce, tax (SARS) and insolvency matters, unless your plan says otherwise
No surprises: you receive the plan terms and price in writing and can ask questions before you commit.

HDPE Pipe Fusion Welding

Siyakhumbula Solutions specialises in HDPE (high-density polyethylene) pipe fusion welding — joining pipe and fittings with heat so every joint becomes one continuous, leak-free piece of pipe. We weld sizes from 80 mm to 315 mm for industrial plants, water and process pipelines, and supply the fittings, flanges and hardware to finish the job.

Sizes we weld

From 80 mm to 315 mm — plus the fittings, flanges and hardware to complete your pipeline.

We weld sizes from 80mm to 315mm. Compression fittings, flanges for HDPE joints, bolts and nuts.

What is HDPE pipe welding?

HDPE (high-density polyethylene) cannot be solvent-cemented like PVC. Instead, the pipe ends are heated to fusion temperature and pressed together under controlled pressure. As the joint cools, the material of both surfaces blends together and the joint becomes homogeneous with the pipe. A correctly made fusion joint is at least as strong as the pipe itself, and needs no gaskets, solvents or adhesives.

There are several fusion methods, chosen by pipe size and the job:

Our core methodButt fusionTwo pipe ends of the same diameter and wall thickness are faced flat, heated against a heater plate and pressed together. The most widely used method for joining larger-diameter HDPE pipe and fittings; no extra material or fitting is needed.
Saddle (side-wall) fusionA saddle fitting is fused onto the wall of an installed pipe to form a branch or off-take. The main is then drilled through the saddle to open the branch.
ElectrofusionFittings with built-in heating wires are slid over the pipe ends and joined by passing a controlled electric current through them — useful for repairs, tie-ins and tight spaces where a fusion machine cannot fit.
Socket fusionThe pipe end and a socket fitting are heated on matching tools and pushed together. Generally used on smaller diameters, up to about 110 mm.

How a butt-fusion weld is made

1Prepare & cleanPipe, clamps and heater plate are checked and cleaned; pipe is supported level on rollers.
2Clamp & alignPipe ends are clamped in line, with misalignment (high-low) within the allowed tolerance.
3Face the endsA facing tool trims both ends flat and parallel; shavings are removed and the gap is re-checked.
4HeatThe clean heater plate, typically at 200–230 °C, is held between the ends until an even bead forms.
5JoinThe plate is removed within the change-over time and the ends are pressed together to fusion pressure.
6Cool & inspectThe joint is held under pressure for the full cooling time, with no water or forced cooling, then the bead is inspected.

Temperatures, pressures and heating and cooling times depend on the pipe material, wall thickness (SDR) and the pipe manufacturer’s procedure. Fusion should be carried out by trained operators following recognised standards such as ISO 21307 and DVS 2207-1.

Why choose HDPE?

Leak-free jointsA properly made fusion joint is homogeneous with the pipe, so there is no gasket or seal in the joint to leak or fail.
Corrosion & chemical resistantHDPE does not rust, rot or corrode and resists many acids, alkalis and salts. Check compatibility for your fluid.
Abrasion resistantThe smooth, tough pipe wall stands up well to slurry, tailings and other gritty fluids.
Flexible & lightweightA fraction of the weight of steel, flexible enough to follow terrain, and supplied in long lengths for faster installation.
Long design lifePE100 pressure pipe is designed for a service life of at least 50 years at 20 °C.
Low maintenanceNo coatings, linings or cathodic protection, and the smooth bore resists scaling and keeps friction losses low.
